Computational Platform
The Gene Lay Institute Computational Platform is available to investigators for performing analysis of data generated by the Genomics Platform and other sources.
The Computational Platform provides access to multiple workflows through the cloud for analyzing various modalities, including single-cell RNAseq, bulk RNAseq, TCRseq, BCRseq, ATACseq, and spatial transcriptomics. The Computational Platform is seamlessly integrated with the Genomics Platform, providing remote backup of raw data, automated analyses, and customized downstream workflows. Workflows provided are continuously updated to reflect the best practices for processing genomics data. The goal of the Computational Platform is to provide access to powerful computational resources to enable researchers to extract the most from their data.
For enquiries regarding the Computational Platform, members of the Institute, or interested collaborators, are encouraged to reach out to the Faculty Director, Dr. Martin Hemberg.
